Ingredients
- 1 lb lamb shoulder, cubed
- 2 tbsp ras el hanout spice blend
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup dried apricots, halved
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add lamb and brown on all sides.
- Add onions and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Stir in ras el hanout spice blend, salt, and pepper.
