These are high selling products, and we get weekly deliveries directly from manufacturers. While we offer competitive prices to our retail customers, our primary focus is on wholesale and distribution as a vital part of the supply chain. Many individual items being shipped may take up to 2 weeks for delivery.

Returns Policy

Any Food, Grocery or Edible items can't be returned due to Health & Safety Concerns. We would Replace/ Refund for any order where we have made an error, but you must contact us within 24 hours of product delivery. If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. No refunds/returns accepted due to buyer negligence, improper handling & storage once the item is delivered.

Please note that for any orders, cancellation is not possible after 24 hours from the time of order placement. This policy is due to the allocation of inventory, which cannot be reversed after the 24-hour window.

For any order discrepancies or defects customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will not entertain any customer issues after 24 hour cutoff time. To initiate Returns/Refunds we would need Product & Package Pictures within first 24 Hours of Delivery. To minimize Fraud we do not entertain claims without proof. All order discrepancies or product defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered. To initiate a return or refund request, customers must provide clear photos of the product and packaging within 24 hours of delivery. Requests submitted without supporting evidence cannot be processed. To help prevent fraud and to protect and respect the hard work of our local farmers, we do not offer refunds or replacements for meats, perishables, or fresh produce damaged in transit unless the customer selects overnight shipping at checkout. Transit-related claims will only be considered for orders shipped via overnight delivery and only when the damage is verified to be our responsibility. In such cases, a replacement may be issued at our discretion.

Box N Case will not be responsible for any damages due to temperature, humidity & weather or any acts of Nature.

Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some fresh produce within US as per the applicable State Dept. of Agriculture laws and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. While we do our part, we request you to follow applicable rules and regulations while ordering products via our platform. In order to benefit our customers with lower prices and to avoid Fraud, we ship all orders once we receive the Payment i.e your Credit Card payment is cleared.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Please allow 3–4 days for processing, irrespective of the shipping method selected. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. These are estimated shipping dates, holidays and any courier delays are not accounted.

Products that are available for Pre-Order will feature a “Pre-Order” button, and once you place the order, we will provide the expected shipping date. When you Pre-Order an item, we will ensure that it will ship to you as soon as it becomes available! Pre-Order products can be added to your cart just like any other item. When you’re done shopping, head to checkout. You will be asked for your payment information and your card will be charged at the time of order placement. This reserves your pre-order item and ensures you are in the priority lane to get your items as soon as they are available.

Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. One time $20 Off Promotion on first order applies only on orders over $500 or more.

We offer several shipping options including expedited, ground and additional cold packs.

We recommend that you consider your local weather conditions and choose an appropriate shipping method while placing an order. Furthermore, we still take utmost care at the origin while shipping, but it's customer's responsibility to ensure that local weather conditions are not adverse and Temperature sensitive products are not left at the porch after delivery. Certain Products could be Temperature sensitive, we ship all over the country, and we suggest you check your local weather condition and select expedited shipping and additional cold packs. We do not assume the responsibility for products which are damaged during Transportation due to but not limited to Nature's Elements & Act of God. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
