At Box N Case, we understand that the quality and freshness of our products is of the utmost importance to our customers. That's why we take extra care to ensure that our food items are shipped and delivered under the right weather conditions.

We know that extreme temperatures can have a negative impact on food, whether it's causing spoilage in hot weather or freezing in cold weather. That's why our shipping and logistics team closely monitors the weather at both the point of origin and the destination to ensure that the conditions are suitable for shipping food.

We also use refrigerated trucks to transport our products, which helps to maintain the ideal temperature and preserve the freshness of the food. However, we understand that sometimes unforeseen weather conditions can arise during transit, or that the product may be left at the customer's porch by the courier, which can expose the food to extreme temperatures.

We want to assure our customers that we do everything in our power to ensure that their food arrives in the best possible condition. We take every precaution to ensure that our products are shipped and delivered under the right weather conditions, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with the condition of the product you received, please contact us, and we'll make it right. For any order discrepancies or defects customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will not entertain any customer issues after 24 hour cutoff time. To safeguard our local farmers and to respect their hard work we would not be able to offer any refunds for Fresh produce defects unless customer chooses overnight shipping and only if it is our fault we would reship the products.
