Since 1912, Di Martino has shared its PGI Gragnano pastas with Italian families. Its pasta is a bronze-drawn pasta that is slowly dried at a low temperature. It is made with 14 % protein and 100 % Italian durum wheat semolina. This blend is 40% more resistant to overcooking and highly digestible. A great classic of the Neapolitan tradition, Paccheri is a large, hollow, tube-shaped pasta is a favorite for rich heavier sauces, many baked or fried pasta recipes. Wrapped in Dolce & Gabbana designed packaging, Di Martino Paccheri attracts attention.
