Requiring no advance prep, our Mini Phyllo Shells are fully baked, and crisp and flaky enough to stand up to most fillings. Our Shells are the perfect containers for an endless array of delicious appetizers, meal offerings and desserts. The only limit is your culinary imagination. For some elegant hors d'oeuvres or brunch offerings, fill our mini shells with salmon mousse; or with whipped goat cheese, cream cheese and herbs topped with smoked salmon. Fill them with lightly scrambled eggs topped with creme fraiche and fresh chives - or chicken salad topped with parsley. Our mini shells will provide wonderful textural contrast for hummus with a drizzle of olive oil and a dusting of za'atar, for warm spinach and artichoke dip or for brie cheese, topped with fig or cherry jam. The dessert applications for Athens Mini Phyllo Shells are equally limitless. Use as carriers for your favorite fruit pie fillings. Or use them as elegant vehicles for rice pudding. Perfect for mini cheesecakes topped with fresh strawberries or blueberries, Athens Mini Phyllo Shells are also wonderful filled with fresh berries and a dollop of whipped cream. Enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, corn starch, canola oil (canola oil, rosemary extract, ascorbic acid [antioxidant]), contains less than 2% of each of the following: vital wheat gluten, salt, preservatives (calcium propionate, potassium sorbate), cultured wheat flour, dextrose, maltodextrin, citric acid.
