Since 1912, Di Martino has shared its PGI Gragnano pastas with Italian families. Its pasta is a bronze-drawn pasta that is slowly dried at a low temperature. It is made with 14 percent protein and 100 percent Italian durum wheat semolina. The blend is 40% more resistant to overcooking and highly digestible. With its thick, short shape, Mezze Rigtoni is a favorite paired with vodka or carbonara sauce. Wrapped in Dolce & Gabbana designed packaging, Di Martino Mezze Rigatoni attracts attention.
