Mild in flavor and with a wonderful grainy texture, our Instant Wheat Grits will remind you of Cream of Wheat. Because our wheat semolina requires only 2-3 minutes of cooking time, it is the perfect breakfast for anyone with a busy lifestyle! For a fortifying and delicious breakfast porridge, boil our Instant Wheat Grits in water or milk, sweeten with maple syrup or brown sugar, sliced bananas or tart diced apples, raisins or dried cranberries, walnuts or almonds and chia, hemp or flax seeds. Franck Instant Wheat Grits also make wonderful wheat (vs. corn) grits to serve with a wild mushroom ragout, or as the base for a saucy chicken, meat or seafood entrée. Simply bring veggie or chicken stock to a boil, whisk in the wheat grits, and finish by adding butter and cheese (optional) until they have melted. Your family and friends will thank you!
