- 250 g Whole wheat flour
- 250 g All-purpose flour
- 300 ml Warm water
- 10 g Salt
- 20 g Extra virgin olive oil
- 200 g Pesto Genovese
- 100 g Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Cherry tomatoes
- Black olives
- Fresh basil
Directions
- Prepare the sourdough crust by mixing whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, warm water, sourdough starter, salt, and olive oil. Let it rise for a few hours.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
