R & G cheeses are made in Cohoes, N.Y. by master cheese maker Sean O’Connor. He crafts his artisan cheeses from cow and goats milk provided by Willow Marsh Farms and other local Saratoga dairy farmers. His Blackbert is a small round of ash-ripened goat cheese made in the Camembert style.
