Point Reyes Creamery is located on a sliver of land that abuts the Pacific Ocean in Tomales Bay, California. The cows raised and pastured here are happy, healthy cows that make great cheese. Bay Blue is moist, luscious and buttery with fudgy, caramel overtones. It has a sweet, fresh-milk flavor and a medium-to-strong punch-of-blue. Bay Blues aroma recalls the butterscotch, browned-butter notes of an aged Gouda.
