This blend combines 6 different varieties of edible seaweed, all of them packed with nutrients. After soaking in water for 5-10 minutes they blossom into a spray of delicate, multi-colored tendrils that look lovely scattered across any number of dishes such as seafood risotto, paella, miso soup, seafood stir fries and more. Use the rehydrated leaves as a bed for oysters and clams on the half shell or toss with a mixture of fresh lettuces for a variegated, nutrient-rich salad.
