SICOLY's frozen and sweetened strawberry puree is made from a blend of four varieties of strawberries picked at optimum ripeness. The selected strawberries are processed into fruit puree in our production facilities. The pulp obtained is then de-aerated in order to eliminate any risk of micro-oxidation and is heat treated by a special, ultra-rapid ohmic heating process, which contributes to preserving all the organoleptic qualities of the fresh fruit (flavour, colour, texture). Then, the product is frozen.
