Unicorn is a legendary ear of corn that is highly desirable but difficult to find or obtain. Our Latin is a little rusty but were pretty sure uni means single and corn means delicious grain you cant live without. The only true secret is that if you add acidity like lemon or lime juice the color becomes more pronounced and that will add a little unicorn magic to your cooking. We hope that this bag of grits will make people smile and laugh and spread a little joy. It all started with one ear of corn, we call it unicorn. These grits are particularly creamy and smooth.
