For a quick and satisfying meal, serve our ground mackerel dumplings over mashed potatoes with chives, and bake together. Or heat and serve over warm and creamy polenta. Use Izola Mackerel Salad as a topping for a unique homemade flatbread or pizza, topped with grated Edam (or your favorite cheese), oregano and a drizzle of olive oil.
