Our organic Pink Lady Apples are a late-season apple that are native to Australia and are a cross between Golden Delicious and Lady Williams. The skin has a distinctive pink blush over a yellow background and the fine-grained flesh is crisp. Pink Ladies do not brown easily after cutting so they are perfect for adding to fresh fruit and vegetable salads. They are also one of the best apples for baking because of their excellent acid balance and ability to hold their texture well.
