Enjoy it during an evening full of laughter or over breakfast with a breathtaking sunrise. The creation of the Rednose Gold label was an experience full of discovery and collaboration. After a long search, Walo came across a cheese factory in the Bernese Alps where he discovered a fantastic raw milk Emmental. In collaboration with the cheesemaker, through careful experimentation, he developed a wonderful mountain cheese. He used refining products such as the red wine sauce, which guarantees the cheese its unique flavour combination.
